We mitigated the attack using Cloudflare and strengthened security, including WordPress salts, strong passwords, and two-factor authentication.

Just need one thing fixed? Request a single task for $99. Something urgent? Request emergency support for $199. A human reviews these requests before sending a payment link.
You can submit unlimited requests. Every subscription includes up to one hour of support per day. If you send several tasks, we work through them first-come, first-served, up to one hour at a time within that daily allowance. Unlimited requests do not mean unlimited daily work or that every task is completed the same day.
Yes. We provide remote website support for businesses in Richmond. We don’t need to be in your office to maintain your website or handle most website tasks. We’ll confirm access, scope, and any scheduling needs during onboarding.
Yes. People manage your account, review your requests, and handle the work. You have a help desk conversation or a dedicated Slack channel, depending on your plan.

Yes. Standard single tasks start at $99 with a 2–3 day turnaround. Emergency requests are $199 and are reviewed within four hours, with longer waits possible after hours. A human first confirms whether we can help; if we can, we send a payment link and begin after payment.
